5-Day Return Window: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. All requests must be completed within this window.
Genuine Reasons Only: Random orders or returns sent back without a valid, approved reason will not be accepted.
No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any fees to process an approved return.

Because our items are fragile and handcrafted, we require specific proof to approve returns or exchanges for transit damages:

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a return or exchange for any product damaged during transportation, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video. The video must clearly show the unopened package package label, the actual opening process, and the specific damage on the product. Returns for damages will not be approved without this video.
Return Packing Images: Before sending any approved item back, you must share photos of how the product is packed.
Secure Packaging: You must pack the product carefully using the original bubble wrap, padding, and boxes to prevent any further breakage during transport.

Return Shipping & Costs

For Transit Damages / Defective Items: If your unboxing video confirms the item was damaged during delivery, Devi Crafts & Decor covers 100% of the return or exchange shipping costs.
For Personal Reasons / "No Longer Needed": If you are returning an item for any reason other than transit damage (such as changing your mind), the customer must pay all return shipping costs.
