2. Safety & Usage Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

Fire Safety: Many of our products, such as Diya lamps, Incense burners, and candle holders, involve the use of open flames or heat. Devi Crafts & Decor is not liable for any damage, injury, or fire caused by the use of our products.
Supervision: Always use puja articles on a stable, heat-resistant surface and never leave burning items unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Intended Use: Our products are sold for decorative and spiritual purposes. We are not responsible for misuse of any item.

3. Order & Pricing Policy

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Damage Liability

Delivery: While we partner with reliable couriers, Devi Crafts & Decor is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, strikes, or carrier issues.
Transit Damage: If an item arrives broken, you must notify us via WhatsApp Support within the return window specified in our Return Policy to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
